🛠️ What You’ll Do

As an Event Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, face-to-face campaigns on behalf of respected charitable organizations:

• Represent national nonprofit partners at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations

• Interact with the public to raise awareness, educate, and encourage support for impactful causes

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Outreach team to execute high-visibility campaigns

• Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating each nonprofit’s mission with authenticity and impact

• Assist with event setup, merchandising, customer interaction, and post-event breakdown

• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and maximize fundraising success

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

• Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Nonprofit Management is a plus—but not required

• No prior event marketing experience necessary—we provide full, paid training!
