Position Overview:

As an Event Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment during events by monitoring entrances, crowd activity, and responding quickly to any incidents. Your presence will help ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere for everyone involved.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies


• Monitor event entrances and exits to control access and prevent unauthorized entry


• Patrol event areas to deter disruptive behavior and maintain a great guest experience


• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or emergencies


• Work closely with venue staff and local authorities as needed

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma of GED


• Previous security or event experience preferred but not required


• Strong communication and observation skills


• Ability to stay calm and act decisively under pressure


• Reliable transportation and punctuality


• Must pass a background check
