Event Planner-EK - Room for Advancement

We are in need of a TEMP Event Planner for an Educational Organization in Irvine. This is an ONSITE role. Will not be hybrid or remote. Please only apply if you can work full time hours in office, in Irvine. this role does have the ability to go temp-hire.

This position will pay $36.00 an hour.

Event planner to assist with small to large scale event planning including fundraising. Looking for someone event-driven with experience in planning/strategy and execution. Someone who is extremely organized - calling venues, looking at budgeting, plans ahead with scheduling dates to send out saves the dates, invites, etc.

Will be required to travel different CA campuses (1-3 times per month). Will compensate for mileage.

Job Function Knowledge:
· Hard Skills & Programs- Event planning and marketing knowledge. Marketing more of someone who is creative and will look at the whole picture of event planning with timelines.

· Education & Certifications. Bachelors' degree
