EVENT PREP & COORDINATION ASSOCIATE (Seasonal)     

We are currently looking to fill our seasonal crews for all open positions.  Flexible start dates available throughout April, May, & June

OVERVIEW

MPR EVENT PREP & COORDINATION ASSOCIATES work cohesively with other team members to prepare, organize, and fulfill customer orders.  These energetic team members work safely and efficiently in a detailed manner at our warehouse to offer our customers the highest quality rentals by accurately completing orders and checking back in all returned rental inventory.  You will work alongside a talented team dealing with various supply-chain related tasks including pulling orders, coordinating with dishware and delivery crews, inventory counts, and assisting with quality control of a variety of furniture rentals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Take and follow direction from EVENT PREP & COORDINATION LEAD

● Gather, package, and prepare rentals daily for each customer order (furniture, dishes, decor, linen, etc.)

● Accurately check-in and count rental items as they return to the store

● Maintain and protect inventory through proper use of material handling and proper loading/unloading of vehicles

● Assist in maintaining a clean, quality, and accurate inventory of items

● Accurately fill out necessary paperwork through various stages of the rental process

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and inventory storage areas

QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES

● Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

● Work and stand for extended periods of time

● Attention to quality and detail

● Punctuality and time management skills

● Team player with excellent communication skills

***$300 Signing Bonus paid after 3 months of employment***
