We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our kitchen team. This role is essential to ensure efficient meal preparation, food safety, and kitchen organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for supporting a smooth and high-quality kitchen operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning as per recipe requirements
• Assist with basic cooking tasks, including blanching, boiling, and grilling under supervision
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly stocked, labeled, and stored
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to food safety standards
• Support chefs and line cooks by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and assisting with plating
• Clean and maintain kitchen tools, knives, and equipment
