Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

As we continue to expand our event portfolio with new clients, we are seeking motivated entry-level marketing professionals eager to support event campaigns and grow into campaign management roles. This position is key to the success of our Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator.

• Assist the Promotions Coordinator in planning and executing effective marketing strategies for live events and brand promotions
  

• Manage event logistics including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  

• Track and process event sales and promotions data
  

• Coordinate event schedules and timelines to ensure seamless execution
  

• Act as Event Manager when required to oversee on-site operations
  

• Lead by example and support event interns as an enthusiastic team member
