Event Promotions Assistant Entry Level

We are immediately hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, and customer service.

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting live events, engaging with customers, and promoting campaigns that create memorable experiences. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and marketing materials

• Provide friendly, professional customer support at community and retail events

• Promote campaigns and engage customers through face-to-face conversations

• Track results, report progress, and help achieve team promotional goals

• Collaborate with peers in a fun, fast-paced, team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude

• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills

• Full-time availability, including some weekends

• Previous customer service, events, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
