Event Promotions Assistant Entry Level

We are immediately hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and customer service.

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll represent our partners at live events, engage with customers face-to-face, and help deliver successful campaigns. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and marketing materials

• Provide friendly, professional support at community and retail events

• Promote campaigns and engage customers through face-to-face conversations

• Track results and contribute to team goals

• Collaborate with peers in a fun, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Full-time availability, including some weekends

• Previous customer service, events, or sales experience a plus (not required)
