Event Promotions Assistant Entry Level

We are immediately hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and fundraising team. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and customer service.

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll represent leading nonprofit partners, connect with the public at community and retail-based events, and support campaigns that create a meaningful impact. No prior experience is required—we provide full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, displays, and promotional materials

• Provide friendly, professional customer support at events and campaigns

• Promote nonprofit missions and inspire donor participation through face-to-face conversations

• Track results, report progress, and contribute to team goals

• Collaborate with peers in a fun, high-energy team environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer service–oriented

• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills

• Full-time availability, including some weekends

• Previous experience in customer service, events, or sales is a plus (but not required)
