Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We are currently hiring an Event Promotions Assistant to join our in-person events team. This is an entry-level, full-time position with paid training provided. As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will support live promotional events by engaging directly with customers, assisting with event activities, and helping ensure a smooth and professional event experience. You will represent client brands and help create a positive and engaging environment for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and execution of in-person promotional events
• Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information about client products, services, and promotions
• Support event activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Greet and assist event attendees throughout the day
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
