Event Sales Specialist

The Event Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional event experiences. This position requires a proactive, results driven approach, where the Event Sales Specialist will handle all inquiries working diligently to convert them into confirmed sales. 

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings, allowing them to identify upselling opportunities and clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients. The Event Sales Specialist will manage client data, create a lasting relationship throughout the sales process, and ensure successful execution by working closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals. 

Event Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, reliable information to customers using the tools and training provided.
• Enhance brand awareness by actively participating in local events alongside your team. 
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and compliance while managing customer interactions and the event sales process.
• Greet customers warmly and confidently address any questions about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions that meet their goals.
• Lead customer interactions across acquisition, retention, and sales growth, ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, promotions, and deals to ensure customers are always well informed and confident in their choices.

Event Sales Specialist Requirements:

• While a high school diploma or GED is required, we value a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence above all. 
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.
• Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves on site responsibilities.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
