Job Summary

DelMoSports, LLC is seeking reliable, professional, and attentive Event Security Staff to help maintain a safe and organized environment during sporting events. Successful candidates will assist with crowd management, access control, and general event safety while providing courteous assistance to athletes, spectators, staff, and vendors.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor event areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist with crowd control and pedestrian flow.
• Monitor entrances and restricted areas and verify authorization where required.
• Direct athletes, spectators, vendors, and event staff to designated areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and safety concerns.
• Communicate with event management and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Follow company policies, event safety procedures, and applicable laws.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to remain alert and calm in busy event environments.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and early mornings.
• Previous security or event experience preferred but not required for all assignments.
• Current security licenses or certifications where required by law or the assigned duties.
