The Classic Center is looking for an Event Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. If you're passionate about live events, hospitality, and creating seamless experiences for clients and guests, this role is for you!
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Event Services, the Event Services Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our Operations Department running smoothly. From coordinating trade show logistics and managing signage to assisting with event outlines and supporting our Event Planners, no two days are ever the same. You’ll also help keep our files, schedules, and communications sharp and organized—and yes, we’ll count on your creativity for building signage and keeping everyone in the loop.
