Position Overview

We are seeking energetic Event Set Up crew members to help transform spaces into immersive, visually stunning environments for a seasonal celebration in West Tulsa. From hanging banners and arranging props to setting up lighting and décor, the Event Set Up team will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and install decorations according to design plans.
• Safely transport and handle décor materials and props.
• Assist with lighting, signage, and table arrangements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during setup and teardown.
• Work closely with event coordinators and fellow crew members.
• Ensure all décor meets safety and aesthetic standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in event setup, stage design, or visual merchandising preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Punctual and flexible with scheduling, including weekends.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Carpentry, painting, or crafting experience.
• Familiarity with themed event design or cultural décor.
