Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our clients' branding goals and business strategies. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event analysis

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all objectives and brand messaging are aligned

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party partners to manage logistics, contracts, and timelines

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful event delivery

• Oversee event set-up, on-site execution, and breakdown

• Maintain detailed records, reports, and evaluations for continuous improvement

• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to each event

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 1–3 years of professional experience in event planning or coordination

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Experience working with vendors and managing contracts is a plus

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
