Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our clients’ goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.

• Coordinate logistics, budgets, and timelines for each event.

• Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

• Oversee on-site event management and problem-solving.

• Develop creative event concepts that reflect brand values and objectives.

• Track and report on event performance, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
