Job Description

Beloform is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event logistics, client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution

• Work closely with clients to understand event objectives and requirements

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and on-site operations

• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Oversee event budgets and timelines

• Ensure all events meet quality and safety standards

• Provide on-site support during events to resolve any issues promptly

• Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries
