About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish, including on-site management.

• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, setup, and teardown.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.

• Monitor event budgets and track expenses.

• Assist with the creation of event materials, signage, and programs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during events.

• Gather feedback post-event and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
