Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and special celebrations. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event strategies in collaboration with clients to meet their goals and objectives.


• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, catering, and entertainment.


• Manage event budgets and ensure financial objectives are met, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.


• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.


• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and functioning properly.


• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning and execution phases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or management.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and vendors effectively.


• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
