In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events that cater to diverse audiences. Whether it's corporate meetings, conferences, or social gatherings, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution.


• Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.


• Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives.


• Manage event budgets and ensure financial accountability for all expenditures.


• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in event management software and basic graphic design tools.
