Position: Event Specialist

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Event Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to community outreach programs. Your creativity and organizational skills will help transform ideas into successful and memorable experiences that engage and inspire our participants.  

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, budgeting, and marketing.


• Work closely with clients to understand their event vision and deliver a tailored experience.


• Identify and secure venues, catering, equipment, and other essential services for events.


• Create detailed event timelines and ensure all team members are informed about their responsibilities.


• Manage on-site event execution, including setup, coordination, and tear down processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator, preferably in a corporate setting.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service focus.


• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
