Location: Charlotte, NC  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to the success of our events, as you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that align with our company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, enabling them to work effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of corporate and promotional events from concept to completion.


• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all financial aspects are closely monitored and adhered to.


• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.


• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the event planning process.


• Create and maintain detailed project timelines and ensure deadlines are met throughout the planning stages.


• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess what worked well and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.


• Proven experience in event planning and execution with at least 3 years in a similar role.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.


• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
