Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences to community outreach programs. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively will be paramount in ensuring that each event is a resounding success. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion.


• Work with clients to define their needs and expectations for each event.


• Manage budgets, ensuring all events are executed within financial constraints.


• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.


• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.


• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in event planning or management, preferably in a corporate setting.


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.


• Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
