Location: Cleveland, OH    (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a proven track record in executing various types of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and community outreach programs. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals.


• Manage event budgets, including cost estimates, invoices, and payment schedules.


• Identify and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and materials.


• Create detailed event timelines, checklists, and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.


• Oversee event logistics, including setup, staff coordination, and on-site management during events.


• Conduct market research and stay updated on trends to provide innovative event solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a strong portfolio of past events.


• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.


• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.


• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless event execution.
