Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Event Specialist to join our team and play a key role in planning, executing, and promoting a variety of events. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning from conception to completion, ensuring that each event meets our high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, and transportation.


• Develop event themes and concepts that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media and newsletters.


• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial limitations.


• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners for effective event implementation.


• Onsite event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown, while ensuring a high-quality attendee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally 3+ years.


• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.


• Proficiency in project management tools and software for event planning.


• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends whe necessary.
