We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, and special occasions. Your creativity and organizational skills will play a vital role in ensuring that each event is memorable and runs smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute various types of events such as conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings.


• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and resources.


• Develop event timelines, budgets, and comprehensive plans to ensure seamless execution.


• Manage logistics including transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and attendee registration.


• Create engaging marketing materials and promotional content to attract attendees.


• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.


• Proven experience in event planning or project management, with a strong portfolio of past events.


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
