Location: Phoenix, AZ  

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview:  We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from concept through completion to ensure seamless execution.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budgets.


• Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and audio-visual providers.


• Develop detailed event timelines, schedules, and checklists to manage event logistics effectively.


• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.


• Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to guarantee a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.


• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.


• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
