Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Specialist to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Create positive customer experiences during promotional events.
• Build relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
• Support individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
