Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for a series of upcoming events. As an integral part of our event operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks, including setup and breakdown of the event space, assisting with registration processes, providing excellent customer service to guests, and supporting the event coordinators in executing event-related duties. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to specifications.


• Manage guest registration and provide information to attendees.


• Ensure the event runs smoothly by monitoring event timelines and logistics.


• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests throughout the event.


• Support event coordinators with on-site tasks and communication.


• Help coordinate activities and workshops during events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event staffing or customer service preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.


• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift event materials when needed.
