Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional experiences at a variety of events ranging from corporate gatherings to large-scale public festivals. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events by assisting with setup, guest services, crowd management, and overall event operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including arranging equipment, signage, and seating areas.


• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming attendees and offering event information.


• Monitor crowd control and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.


• Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and other staff to facilitate smooth operations.


• Help manage registration desks and distribute event materials or tickets.


• Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or unexpected situations.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.


• Experience in customer service or event support is preferred.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
