Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help create exceptional experiences at various events. As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events ranging from corporate gatherings and festivals to concerts and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage.
• Greet and direct attendees, providing information and answering questions as needed.
• Manage crowd control to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Monitor event areas to prevent unauthorized access and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors, performers, and other staff to facilitate smooth event operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support preferred.
