Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and day-to-day event operations. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, working as part of a team, and creating a welcoming and professional experience for event attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Assist with promotional presentations and activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and information.
• Support customer outreach and lead generation activities.
• Identify customer interests and provide appropriate information.
• Assist team members with event schedules and daily responsibilities.
• Communicate customer feedback and event observations to supervisors.
• Help ensure event activities are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees.

• Previous event, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
