Event Staff Receptionist

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center is looking for Event Staff Receptionists who are responsible for receiving and directing incoming calls for The Miami HEAT/Kaseya Center.

Education and/or Experience  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee is required to sit for long periods of time (the duration of a game or concert). 

Work Environment 

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. The noise level in the work environment is loud when working events (games, concerts, etc)
