Event Technology Specialist

Overview:

Elevation3D is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Technology Specialist to support our growing trade show and event services. In this role, you will assist our Director of Digital Engagement to manage a variety of event technology integrations, manage our LED video wall inventory and installations (beMatrix LEDskin), and oversee the shipping and receiving of TV’s and other rental AV equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in event measurement and analytics, helping clients assess engagement and ROI for their trade show activations.

This position is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver with a background in event technology, project management, and digital engagement who is eager to travel, troubleshoot, and deliver top-tier client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Technology Integrations

• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Engagement to design, pitch, and project manage various in-house and 3rd party technology integrations.
• Research and identify new technologies that could help support our overall digital engagement strategies.

Technical & Onsite Support

• Manage LEDskin inventory, maintenance, and onsite installations at trade shows.
• Travel to trade show sites to oversee technical setups and ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving process for TV monitors and other misc. rental AV equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Provide real-time technical support during events, troubleshooting LEDskin systems and digital displays.

Event Measurement & Analytics

• Assist in implementing event measurement strategies to track audience engagement and interaction with digital content through in-house and 3rd party technology solutions.
• Work with clients to capture key performance metrics, such as lead generation, content interactions, foot traffic analytics, and post-show surveys.
• Help develop post-show reports using collected data to evaluate and enhance future event strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in event technology, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic schedules.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and perform installations.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot LED systems or similar technology.
• Understanding of event measurement tools and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
