Events Assistant

From intimate acoustic sets to high-energy festivals, we bring people together through unforgettable live music and top-notch hospitality. Now, we’re looking for an Events Assistant to help us make it all happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Event Setup & Coordination – Help with staging, décor, seating, and vendor load-in for music and hospitality events.

• Guest Experience – Welcome attendees, answer questions, and make sure every guest feels valued from arrival to encore.

• Hospitality Support – Assist with catering setup, bar coordination, and VIP guest services.

• Backstage Assistance – Support artists, production crews, and event managers with logistics.

• On-Site Operations – Keep things running smoothly during events, from soundcheck to final load-out.

• Administrative Tasks – Maintain event schedules, update checklists, and help with post-event wrap-up reports.

What It’s Like Here

No two events are the same. Some nights you’ll be helping set up a cozy dinner-and-jazz experience, others you’ll be part of a fast-paced concert night. You’ll work closely with our hospitality, production, and marketing teams, learning every side of the events world.

You’ll Do Well If…

• You have hospitality experience—restaurants, bars, catering, or hotels are a big plus.

• You love live music and understand the flow of concerts or performances.

• You’re organised, adaptable, and quick on your feet.

• You can work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

• You’re comfortable speaking with guests, artists, and vendors in a professional way.
