Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and brand activations

• Support logistical arrangements including venue coordination, vendor communication, and material preparation

• Help manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate event materials, promotional items, and on-site setup

• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

• Track budgets and assist with expense reporting

• Maintain organized records of event plans, contracts, and vendor information

• Collaborate with internal teams to align event objectives with brand strategy
