Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing event materials, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from preparation to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events and activations

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Prepare event materials, schedules, and documentation

  • Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics management

  • Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and accuracy

  • Provide administrative support related to event operations

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism when interacting with clients and partners
