Events Associate

Position snapshot: This entry-level position provides onsite assistance to guests attending concerts, sports, conferences, or entertainment events.

IN-PERSON HOSPITALITY ROLE

This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

A typical shift may include:

1. Greet attendees and provide directions

2. Assist with seating, entry, ticketing questions, and venue policies

3. Help resolve routine guest concerns

4. Support safe, organized guest flow before, during, and after events

A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
