Events Attendant

The role
This entry-level position supports banquet setup, guest service, replenishment, and event-room operations.

Work setting: This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

What you’ll handle

·       Set tables, chairs, linens, stations, and service items

·       Assist guests and event staff during functions

·       Replenish supplies and maintain organized service areas

·       Support room resets and event breakdown

Candidate profile: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
