Position Summary:
Hillwood is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract Events Manager to join our Dallas team. This temporary role will provide critical support to the Event Director in planning and executing high-profile events of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, timelines and on-site coordination to ensure seamless and impactful events. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and some weekends as needed. The contract period is anticipated to run from February 2, 2026, through July 2, 2026.
