The EVP of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the overall sales strategy for their equipment distribution business. This role oversees regional and national sales teams, builds and manages strategic customer relationships, develops new business opportunities, and ensures sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate has deep industry experience in equipment distribution (construction, industrial, agricultural, packaging, etc.), strong leadership skills, and a proven record of scaling sales performance.
$175,000 - $200,000 a year
Potential annual bonus on total sales goals and company profitability. This role is for succession planning of leadership and potential ownership.
