Qualifications

• Must pass an extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including any shift Monday through Sunday.

• Must be capable of frequent lifting, including occasional lifting of over 50 pounds.

• Requires frequent bending, stooping, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Facilities / EVS Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the casino, including the Bingo areas and all restrooms. The goal is to ensure that all guests of Kaw Southwind Casino receive high-quality service in a clean and welcoming environment. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor.

Daily Duties Include:

1. Report to your supervisor or team lead at the start of your shift to confirm your assigned area.

2. Gather all necessary cleaning supplies before beginning your tasks.

3. Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas:

   • Empty ashtrays

   • Wipe down machines

   • Push in chairs

   • Empty trash receptacles

4. Ensure all restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Log cleaning activities on designated log sheets.

5. Consistently provide exceptional internal and external guest service.

6. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times with co-workers, guests, and vendors.

7. Assist fellow team members when necessary to support overall department goals.

8. Wear your gaming badge at all times while on duty or when conducting business on casino property.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate or controlling supervisor.
