Job Description - EVS/ Housekeeper

Our brand new, 15-bed, mental health facility is located in Orangevale, Ca. Our inpatient facility serves voluntary clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff.

Job Description:
The Environmental Services position maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized environment. They ensure facilities are well-stocked, organized, and sanitary. When not cleaning the employee will be assisting with the daily residential assistant duties.
Essential Functions:

Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of floors
In charge of treatments such as stain-removal as needed
Dispose of trash from bins and containers
Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed
Scrub sinks and toilets in bathrooms
Clean windows, mirrors, and counters as needed
Keeps all public spaces neat and tidy
Sanitize all doorknobs, counters, and hard surfaces
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
Keeps inventory of needed supplies
Completes all facility laundry
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Conduct and document safety checks
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid California Driver's license
Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
Current TB test and health screen.

Hourly: $19.49 - $25.33
