EVS Technician

Sumner Place is seeking a full-time EVS (Environmental Services) Technician to help provide a pristine and homelike environment to our residents! The position is 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with every other weekend requirement.

Daily job duties include:

• Daily housekeeping in resident rooms and assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.

• Using appropriate chemicals to clean and sanitize in resident rooms and assigned areas.

• Completing routine deep cleans in resident rooms.

• Folding delivering laundry.

• Cleaning spills and accidents that occur as needed.

Qualified candidates will have passion for serving older adults and are looking to join a dynamic working environment! Our housekeepers stay active on their feet while lifting, pushing, stooping, and twisting to ensure rooms are being thoroughly cleaned.
