EVV Manager – PAS Services

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and training? Join our growing home health agency as an EVV Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements and driving operational excellence across our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor EVV compliance with the PAS program to ensure regulatory standards are met.


• Track and report EVV Compliance Scores, ensuring performance consistently meets or exceeds the 80% threshold.


• Conduct regular audits to identify and address visit exceptions, missed verifications, and documentation issues.


• Train and support field and administrative staff on EVV policies, with an emphasis on the effective use of the Vesta Mobile App.


• Develop, refine, and implement internal EVV processes that support accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.


• Partner with department leads to drive performance improvements and reduce exception trends.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of EVV experience in a PAS or home health setting (Texas Medicaid EVV preferred)


• Working knowledge of HHSC and MCO EVV requirements


• Experience training staff and/or supervising teams


• Familiarity with the Vesta system and Vesta Mobile App


• Strong analytical and communication skills
