We are seeking an experienced Excavation Sitework Foreman to join our team! As the Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing site preparation, excavation, grading, and utility work. If you have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate field operations for excavation and sitework projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety standards
• Manage a crew of laborers and equipment operators
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
• Inspect job sites to ensure work is being performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in excavation, sitework
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing a team
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, heavy equipment, and safety regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
