Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Excavation and Trucking Field Manager/Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Adhere and Manage Bartley "Safety Always" program
• Demolition Estimating
• Logistics / Deliveries / Trucking
• Ensure Bartley Communication Standards
• Manage Team Personnel & Infrastructure
• Review estimates and scope with estimator
• Ensure Pre-Construction
• Ensure Pre-Build shop drawings
• Pre-Con Meeting Manage Construction
• Manage Efficiency
• Ensure Shining Accuracy
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Manage Layout Process
• Material Management
• Project Scheduling
• Daily Time Clock Approval
• Subcontractor Management
• Execute Change Orders
• Manage Budget vs. Actual
• Approve Accounts Payable
• Labor Return Job Costing

Required Experience: 

Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience operating equipment and managing excavation activities.
