What You’ll Do: As a member of the Administration Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and assessing our instructional delivery methods, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. You will be at the forefront of guiding our staff to create a supportive and empowering learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
Master Schedule Development: Collaborate with the administration team to create and maintain the master schedule for the adult high school program.
Standardized Testing Coordination: Coordinate the administration of standardized tests, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance with relevant guidelines.
Curriculum Development & Implementation: Oversee the development, alignment, and delivery of curriculum that meets both academic and postsecondary goals for students.
Teacher Observation & Evaluation: Observe and evaluate teachers to ensure instructional quality and adherence to program standards.
Professional Development Coordination: Organize and facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to support continuous growth and effective teaching strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, including but not limited to education, administration, counseling, or teaching, and current Indiana Teaching Certification.
Knowledge of Standards: Familiar with Indiana Academic Standards, Graduation Pathways, and 21st Century Skills.
Differentiated Instruction: Ability to plan and deliver instruction that meets the diverse needs of students.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Analyzes data and uses effective approaches to identify solutions and make informed decisions.
Communication, Collaboration & Tech Proficiency: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to work effectively in teams, and proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and student information systems.
