Exceptional Needs Instructors Immediate Interview!

• Develop and deliver differentiated instructional materials aligned with student IEPs.
  


• Conduct assessments to determine academic needs and inform instruction.
  


• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a cohesive learning plan.
  


• Monitor and document student progress, providing timely reports and updates.
  


• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student achievements, challenges, and strategies for success.
  


• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development in the classroom environment.
  

Requirements

• Background in educational settings, ideally with a focus on special education.
  


• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from an accredited institution.
  


• Proven experience supporting diverse learners and creating individualized education plans (IEPs).
  


• Must hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement—no substitute certifications accepted.
