Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Exchange Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to help customers find their next vehicle.

The Exchange Coordinator works closely with the Service and Sales teams to connect service customers with potential vehicle exchange and upgrade opportunities while providing an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

• Meet with service customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.


• Listen to customer needs and help identify potential vehicle exchange opportunities.


• Address customer questions and concerns and assist with finding solutions.


• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.

Vehicle Exchange Opportunities

• Present vehicle exchange and upgrade opportunities to eligible service customers.


• Identify opportunities such as lease returns, expiring contracts, service customers, Care Connect opportunities, and other potential customers.


• Connect interested customers with a Sales Consultant to continue the vehicle purchase process.


• Maintain an organized log of customer opportunities and follow-up activity.

Follow-Up & CRM

• Confirm appointments and maintain accurate information in the CRM.


• Follow up with prospective customers and service-drive opportunities.


• Track customer interactions, appointments, and exchange opportunities.


• Conduct weekly check-ins with Sales Management to review opportunities and progress.

Teamwork

• Work closely with Service Advisors, Sales Consultants, and Sales Management.


• Communicate customer needs and opportunities effectively between departments.


• Support dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive, sales, service, or customer service experience is a plus.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Comfortable speaking with customers and discussing vehicle options.


• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.


• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
